Phil Walters, 90 of Metropolis, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at his home.A Celebration of Life was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at the Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home. Rev. Micah Spicer officiated.
