Kenneth "Kenny" Rucker, 54, of Golconda, formerly of Andalusia, Alabama, and Metropolis, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025, at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center in Marion.Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2025 at Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home. Burial will follow in I.O.O.F. Cemetery.Kenny was a United States Army Veteran serving in the 82nd Airborne during Desert Storm. He was a happy-go-lucky guy of Christian faith who never met a stranger. Kenny loved his Lord, his daughter and his family. He enjoyed being outdoors, whether it was at the beach or riding a four-wheeler. Kenny loved attending Active Care in Marion, drinking Dr. Pepper and eating Mexican food.
