Kenneth "Kenny" Rucker, 54 of Golconda, IL, formerly of Andalusia, AL, and Metropolis, IL, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center in Marion, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 21, 2025 at Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home. Burial will follow in I.O.O.F. Cemetery with military rites.
Kenny was a United States Army Veteran serving in the 82nd Airborne during Desert Storm. He was a happy-go-lucky guy of Christian faith who never met a stranger. Kenny loved his Lord, his daughter and his family. He enjoyed being outdoors, whether it was at the beach or riding a four-wheeler. Kenny loved attending Active Day in Marion, drinking Dr. Pepper and eating Mexican food. He was loved by many and is going to be sorely missed.
