Christine "Chris" Kendall, 55 of Brookport, passed away Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025. at her residence.A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Joppa Missionary Baptist Church.Chris was employed at Waffle Hut and loved her customers, whom she spoke of frequently.Chris is survived by her father, Robert Kendall; husband of 29½ years, Charlie Harris; sons, Matthew Harris and Timothy Harris; sisters, Theresa Kendall and Lesley Lyle (Wallace); stepbrother, Robert Crossland (Regina); close friend, Dalena Douglas; her beloved dogs, Peanut, Ziggy and Sadie; several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her mother, Jennifer Kendall; grandparents, John William and Nellie Bradford and John William and Johnnie Kendall; brother, Eddie Kendall; half-brother, Christopher McManus.Visitation will be held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Joppa Missionary Baptist Church.In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the funeral home to help the family with
