Shawn Wilkins, 50, of Metropolis, died 3:25 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 11, 2024, at his home.He worked at Auburn Place as a front desk clerk.He is survived by his son, Elijah Wilkins; brother, Noel Wilkins II and wife Teresa; sister, Kimberly Baldwin; several nieces and nephews.Shawn was preceded in death by his parents, Noel and Barbara (Robinson) Wilkins.Visitation will be held 4-6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16, 2024, at the Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home.Arrangements have been entrusted to Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home.
