Virginia Irene (Keefer) Pullen, 82, went to be with the Lord on June 9, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was born in Metropolis, on July 21, 1941, to Fred and Louise Keefer.She was a loving and devoted mom, and no one could ever leave her house without a snack or before playing a round of Aggravation. Virginia will be remembered most by having a servant heart and her love for the Catholic Church. She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, where she played the organ, taught PSR, and was involved in many other activities. Her family and friends will remember her as having a cheerful disposition and always full of giggles. She met everyone with a smile and is loved and adored by her family. She worked for several years for the City of Metropolis in the City Clerk's Office.Virginia is survived by her husband of 63 years, Tom Pullen (84). She is also survived by son, Mike Pullen (Lisa) of Nashville; daughter, Lynda Pestka (Joe) of Jefferson City, Missouri; six grandchildren,
